Bean sprouts dangerous but sprouted grains as ingredient is Healthy

This is a new trend that is happening across North America along with flaxseeds, black beans, black seeds, Chia. Sprouted grains have fewer carbohydrates and most importantly starch. They are pretty tasty and refreshing if you have them fresh.

The only downside is that bean sprouts the ones purchased at the markets may have come from South America which have known to carry certain diseases. The reason why these are riddled with is that they are grown in the ground and absorb the chemicals and the manure that is used as pesticides
The healthiest vegetable that is on a fad right now is bean sprouts or generally any sprouted grains. You can find these types of grains as an ingredient in many popular foods today. You can find them in bread, chips and my favorite tortillas.
