Olive oil:

You will find that this natural remedies has many benefits for several skin ailments. Apply oil on skin rashes to reduce the itchiness and redness associated with skin rashes.

Saint J's Wort:

This is mainly used for treating depression, but can also be used for revitalizing the skin and to cure itchy skin rashes.

Oatmeal bath:

This is one of the best alternative treatments for your itchy skin or rashes.  Just sprinkle the oatmeal in your bath and emerge yourself into the water for 15 to 20 minutes.  This can acts like a soothing agent and will give you relief if your skin is really itchy.

Aloe vera:

A multi-purpose therapeutic plant. Apply this on the affected area to reduce the redness and itchiness that may be associated with the condition.
